Summer of inspiration

It has been a busy summer visiting a whole variety of car shows.

Favourites were the Donington Historic Festival; Gawsworth Hall Classic Car Show in the most beautiful setting; Chatsworth Classic & Performance Motor Show with the stunning backdrop of Chatsworth House and the popular Lupin Farm Car Show.

Also managed to squeeze in a visit to the Great British Car Journey Museum near Alfreton, Derbyshire, where they had some beautiful cars, including the Lotus Elite, gifted to Mario Andretti by Colin Chapman and the last MG Metro ever made.

All of which has given me lots of inspiration going forward for my next illustrations, starting with the iconic Honda S2000.
